Project management
Solluna uses sophisticated online tools to coordinate the construction work and track the schedule, deliverables, and details. You have 24/7 access to the team room to monitor daily progress, pose questions, and join in discussions.
We schedule weekly on-site meetings with you to review progress, answer questions, and explain upcoming steps in the process. The finance team coordinates draws, handles purchasing, and manages insurance and lien waivers for your project.
Superior quality construction
The construction management team oversees your construction project, ensuring every detail meets the specifications and our high standard for quality. Our on-site project manager coordinates the work of subcontractors, vendors, and inspectors, and resolves issues and problems that arise. Solluna has a loyal team of subcontractors who take pride in their craftsmanship and bring us their best game. The interior designer coordinates details related to selections, finishes, and colors.
Although every detail of your home is planned and decided during the pre-construction phase, we know you might have new ideas for your custom home or remodel project during construction. The team will work with you to refine your ideas and implement the changes you want.
Home completion
As construction wraps up, the construction team holds a final walk-through with you to make sure every detail meets your approval. At the close of construction, we present you with a comprehensive homeowner’s manual that includes manuals, warranties, and maintenance information.
